FAQ

Q: What's the difference between Flash Lite ST and regular Flash? A: The Flash Lite ST features a step-through frame for easier mounting, while the regular Flash has a traditional frame. Both share the same motor, battery, and performance specifications.

Q: Can the extended saddle really fit two riders? A: Yes! The plush extended saddle is designed with extra room to comfortably accommodate a passenger for short rides around town.

Q: What's the real-world range? A: Eunorau rates it at up to 100 miles with dual batteries, with actual range depending on terrain, rider weight, assist level, and riding conditions.

Q: Is the battery removable? A: Yes! The 52V 16Ah battery is removable for convenient charging at home, office, or anywhere with an outlet.

Q: What does the suspension fork lockout do? A: The lockout feature allows you to lock the suspension fork for more efficient pedaling on smooth roads, then unlock it for comfort on rough terrain.

Q: Is this street legal? A: Eunorau lists a 20 MPH max speed with Class 2 as the default setting, so it's street legal in most areas. Check your local regulations for specific requirements regarding helmets, licensing, and where you can ride.
