Q: What's the difference between PRO, MAX, and ULTRA?  A: The PRO is optimized for 60V–80V systems (best for 72V). The MAX is for 72V–96V systems (best for 80V). The ULTRA is for 100V+ extreme builds. Choose based on your battery voltage.

Q: Will this work with my stock motor?  A: The V9600 ULTRA is compatible with high-voltage capable motors. Most stock motors are not rated for 100V+ operation. Contact us with your bike model and motor specs for confirmation.

Q: Do I need a specific wiring harness?  A: Yes, you need a bike-specific wiring harness (sold separately). We stock harnesses for Sur Ron, Talaria, 79Bike, and EridePro.

Q: Is this safe for 100V+ systems?  A: Yes, the ULTRA is engineered for 100V–120V+ systems with 1500V isolation and advanced safety features. However, high-voltage systems require professional installation and proper safety protocols.

Q: Can I tune this myself?  A: Yes, the Ventus mobile app (iOS & Android) provides full tuning control. However, we strongly recommend professional initial setup for high-voltage systems to ensure safe, optimal performance.

Q: What's the warranty?  A: 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects and MOSFET failures under normal use. Racing and extreme use may have specific terms—contact us for details.

Q: Will this work with a 96V battery?  A: Yes, the ULTRA works with 96V batteries, but it's optimized for 100V–120V systems. For 96V-only builds, the MAX may be sufficient. The ULTRA is ideal for extreme 100V+ builds.
