ProTaper ACF 1-1/8" Carbon Fiber Reinforced Handlebars

Built for riders who want premium strength, reduced weight, and improved feel, the ProTaper ACF Handlebar combines high-strength aluminum with a revolutionary unidirectional carbon fiber core.

ProTaper developed the ACF as the first carbon-fiber-reinforced motocross handlebar. The internal carbon fiber reinforcement allows the aluminum tubing wall thickness to be reduced in key areas, helping decrease overall weight while delivering exceptional impact-absorbing flex.

The ACF also features ProTaper's Control+ design, providing 220mm of control space — up to 40mm more than conventional 1-1/8" handlebars. That additional room is particularly useful for modern cockpits with switches, displays, mapping controls, and electric-start components.

Constructed from 7000-series aluminum alloy and reinforced with unidirectional carbon fiber cores, the ACF is engineered to deliver excellent tensile, yield, and fatigue strength while weighing up to 20% less than conventional 1-1/8" handlebars.
