Q: Do I need a specific wiring harness?  A: Yes, you need a bike-specific wiring harness (sold separately). We stock harnesses for Sur Ron, Talaria, 79Bike, and EridePro.

Q: Can I use this with a 72V battery?  A: Yes, the MAX works with 72V batteries, but it's optimized for 80V–96V systems. For 72V-only builds, the PRO may be a better value. The MAX is ideal if you plan to upgrade to 80V or 96V in the future.

Q: Can I tune this myself?  A: Yes, the Ventus mobile app (iOS & Android) provides full tuning control. However, we recommend professional initial setup to ensure safe, optimal performance—especially for high-voltage systems.

Q: What's the warranty?  A: 2-year manufacturer warranty covers defects and MOSFET failures under normal use. Racing and extreme use may have specific terms—contact us for details.
