Do you work on bikes you didn't sell?
Yes. We service electric dirt bikes and e-motos bought elsewhere, including Surron-class and Talaria-class bikes. We don't sell those brands, so parts availability varies; call before you assume a same-day part. For brands we carry, such as the Rerode R1 and RFN Warrior bikes, we stock many replacement parts.
How do I book a repair?

- Describe the bike: brand, model, and what it's doing (or not doing).
- Get a quote: we confirm the work and estimate before starting.
- Bring it in: drop off at 5243 Wells Park Rd. #301C, West Jordan, UT 84081. We are not a mobile service. Trailer bikes that aren't street legal.
What should I tell the shop when I call?
- Electrical faults: when it cuts out, any error on the display, and a photo of the display or connector if you can.
- Battery problems: how old the pack is and how it's been stored and charged. We diagnose before replacing anything.
- Tires: the size on the sidewall and whether you ride hardpack or loose dirt.
- Suspension: leaking seals, or whether you want sag set for a specific rider weight.
- Gas bikes: how long it has sat and when it last ran.
